Where do you ship?

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is available on request — please contact us before placing an order.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the garment. You will be given an estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Is shipping free?

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.

Can I return a piece?

Because most of our pieces are made to your measurements, we do not accept returns. We strongly encourage you to review your measurements carefully before confirming an order.

What if my piece arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Can I exchange a ready-to-ship piece?

Exchanges on ready-to-ship pieces may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Please reach out to us to discuss.

What about alterations?

We offer one round of complimentary alterations for all made-to-order and custom pieces within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for alterations are borne by the client.

How should I care for my garment?

All pieces should be dry-cleaned only unless otherwise specified. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve embroidery and fabric colour. Store in a breathable cotton cover.
